Discipline must come through liberty We do not consider an individual disciplined only when he has been rendered as artificially silent as a mute and as immovable as a paralytic. He is an individual annihilated, not disciplined.   Discipline is based on pride, on meticulous attention to details, and on mutual respect and confidence. Discipline must be a habit so ingrained that it is stronger than the excitement of the goal or the fear of failure.

NEW BEGINNING

Every day is a chance to begin again. Don't focus on the failures of yesterday, start today with positive thoughts and expectations. “No, this is not the beginning of a new chapter in my life; this is the beginning of a new book!
